Punk legend Walter Lure comes to Soup Kitchen 19th September. The former joint frontman of Jonny Thunders and The Heartbreakers, current frontman of The Waldos, and sometime New York stockbroker is well known for his electric, abrasive live performances and extensive back catalogue, featuring collaborations with The Ramones and The Dictators. Having outlived most of his bandmates, this is, as described in his September tours’ promotional material, a ‘rare opportunity to witness a unique piece of rock n roll history’.
