Tickets for IMBC have a habit of flying out each year quicker than you can down your pint of hoppy ale, and this year has been no different. There are still a handful remaining for the Thursday and Sunday sessions, but the event has called last orders, so act soon to be sure to join the popular beer festival in October.
Part of the event’s enduring success is its home at Victoria Baths, a venue whose ongoing restoration received a boost last week with the announcement of a partnership with Fusion Lifestyle, which aims to develop a health suite alongside renovation of the former Turkish Baths facilities. Success would see premises joins a small club in England – only six other facilities can boast Turkish Baths.
Beer drinkers needn’t worry about getting wet feet though, just about wetting the baby’s head across a wide selection of microbrewers, indie brands and exploratory tipples born of yeast, malts, water and hops.
IMBC 2016 takes place at Victoria Baths from 6-9 October.
