The newest multi-venue all-dayer to grace Manchester’s bounds has begun to take shape, with tickets for Neighbourhood due to go on sale at 9am on Friday 3 June.
Top-billed Lonely The Brave, Circa Waves, Kate Nash and Twin Atlantic will grab the headlines, but those among the supporting cast such as InHeaven, Jazz Purple and Louis Berry more than cater for fans of everything from indie rock and shoegaze to electronic and dream pop. Locals among the first wave of acts include Wedding (who we interviewed here), False Advertising, Cabbage and Pale Waves.
The festival will spread its wings through ten stages across eight of the city’s favourite venues, with Albert Hall, The Ritz, Sound Control, Dog Bowl, Deaf Institute, XOLO, Gorilla and The Zoo all taking part in the live music showcase.
Neighbourhood takes place on Saturday 8 October, 2016.
Tickets are £30 from neighbourhoodfestival.co.uk
