The Wonder Inn is no stranger to welcoming unique artists to Manchester, and this week proves no different with the visit of Marv Radio. A one-of-a-kind vocalist, Marv’s work has developed over a decade through a range of workshops, sound therapy sessions, live performances and releases. A cult following has quickly developed, captivated with his high energy performances encompassing beatboxing, rapping, singing, poetry and live looping. Ahead of his visit, he’s recorded a video message recorded for fans in Manchester.
Appearing in the creative and communal hub of The Wonder Inn this Saturday 3rd June, his voice is dedicated to “raising the vibration and making people feel good”. No stranger to engaging audiences of all kinds, the experienced live performer has travelled countries across the globe turning any event into an interactive performance.
The London-raised vocalist found himself in the news earlier this year when a passionate exchange with a commuter on the London Underground went viral. Debut album ‘Change The Radio’ was unveiled in 2015, recently followed up with latest single ‘Balance’, a driven and optimistic display of old school hip hop.
