Fans of Californian indie folk singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers are anticipating the release of her debut album ‘Stranger In The Alps’, later this month. The 22-year-old first found her enthusiastic audience with her 2015 EP ‘Killer’, released via Ryan Adams’ Pax-Am label, and is following up her latest release with a series of dates across the US and Europe. The wistful songstress will be performing at Soup Kitchen on 18th October.

Latest single ‘Motion Sickness’ is a taste of what we can expect from Bridgers’ forthcoming debut, released 22nd September via Dead Oceans. The Justin Mitchell-directed clip finds the thoughtful Bridgers riding a scooter around town before heading into her local karaoke bar. Her tunes have quickly amassed thousands of listens online, backed up with widespread critical acclaim. Catch her at Soup this autumn.
