New York trio Fun Lovin’ Criminals have unveiled plans for a 2019 spring UK tour following welcome news that an a new album is on the way. The Lower East Side outfit have sold over ten million records worldwide since their debut ‘Come Find Yourself’ first hit the shelves in 1996. Support for latest LP ‘Another Mimosa’ – their first record in eight years – sees them stop off at Manchester Academy next March, with tickets on sale now.

Blending NYC grit with laid back rock ‘n’ roll songwriting, funk and hip hop, the trio quickly found themselves rising to the top of the nineties alt-rock scene, with singles such as ‘Scooby Snacks’ regular guests on the UK charts. Forming the band back in the early nineties, bandleader and 6Music staple Huey Morgan is certainly no stranger to Manchester with his regular block parties at Band On The Wall.
