Every summer, Lancashire’s glorious South Ribble countryside receives a visit from Beat-Herder, an elusive Peter Pan three-day rave flaunting dub, rock and electronic music. Beat-Herder’s roots started out in a patch of woodland, hosting raves between a few likeminded individuals, and has since blossomed into a truly organic dance festival. Last tickets remain for this year’s festival, returning to Dockber Farm on 13th-15th July.

Headlining this year are electronica stalwarts Orbital, indie favourites Django Django, Mancunian outfit PINS, reggae and dancehall champion David Rodigan, dance figurehead Patrick Topping, Belgian duo Soulwax, the energetic afro-funk of Ibibio Sound Machine, a Foals DJ set and more. Over its twelve-year history, Beat-Herder has become known for uniting the disparate subcultures of dance music in one phenomenal location in the Ribble Valley.

Beat-Herder takes place from 13-15 July 2018 in Ribble Valley, Lancashire. Tickets are available here.
