Kick off autumn with a little spice as London’s famous Spice Girls exhibition arrives in Manchester next month. We’ve got two pairs of tickets to give away for you to visit #SpiceUpManchester, celebrating the success of the Posh, Scary, Ginger, Sporty and Baby spice, illustrating the colossal impact they left on the world. Curator Alan Smith-Allison has announced Manchester as the next stop for the “biggest music exhibition ever created”, taking place at Manchester Central Convention Centre this month. Smith-Allison has partnered up with several spice girls collectors from around the world to deliver the ultimate Girl Power experience we’ve all been craving since the Fab Five split in 1998.
Alongside thousands of pieces of merchandise and memorabilia – including incredibly rare items such as branded crisp packets – the exhibition will display the iconic stage outfits of the biggest girl group of all time, including that union jack minidress. As an added treat for fans, the original Spice Bus, which featured in the 1999 blockbuster “Spice World: The Movie”, will stand proudly outside the exhibition after being restored to its former glory solely for the event. Elsewhere across the city, other events and spicy surprises will take place alongside the exhibition, which is set to run from 24th August to 4th September 2018.
