Monday 10th: Backstreet Boys @ The Arena
// We want it that way. This week starts with a blast from the (not-too-distant) past as Florida’s finest The Backstreet Boys take over The Arena.
Tuesday 11th: Nile Marr @ Night & Day Cafe
// Son of Johnny, Nile Marr plays the fourth night of a 6-date residency at the Night & Day Cafe. Recently returning from international touring with his band Man Made, recently returning to his hometown of Manchester to work on a new album.
Wednesday 12th: Foals @ Victoria Warehouse
// Fierce four-piece Foals play the second of two nights at Victoria Warehouse, making a welcome return to the grand stage in Manchester following a recent intimate appearance at Gorilla. They visit supporting this year’s double album ‘Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost’, Parts 1 and 2.
Thursday 13th: Colossal Squid (Adam Betts) @ Soup Kitchen
// Adam Betts, of Three Trapped Tigers fame, brings his Colossal Squid project to Soup Kitchen, recently returning with new single ‘Kick Punch’, featuring vocals from fierce singer-songwriter AK Patterson. Listen below!
Friday 14th: Sunset Rollercoaster @ Deaf Institute
// Taiwanese six-piece synth-pop outfit Sunset Rollercoaster bring breezy, chilled vibes to Deaf with a reputation for incredible live performances.
Saturday 15th: Oshun @ Band On The Wall
// Afrofuturism duo Oshun return to Manchester supporting latest album ‘Bittersweet’, with support from Manchester-based producer Shebekeke.
Sunday 16th: Misty In Roots @ Band On The Wall
// We end the week with seminal roots reggae band Misty in Roots, back at Band on the Wall to celebrate the 40th anniversary of their debut LP ‘Live at the Counter Eurovision’.
