This Saturday, HOME Manchester opens a new exhibition by musician, artist, author and one third of 1980s post-punk band The Three Johns, John Hyatt.

John Hyatt: Art Rock brings together work from a wide, weird and wonderful range of topics, from “post-death to alter ego, magic to metamorphosis”, combining a variety of mediums. With this residency comes Club Big: a free weekly night of bar sessions by bands and soloists along with Club Big’s resident band, the Cacophany Arkestra. The residency begins tomorrow with a preview from 6pm, featuring a line-up of Jon Langford with Barkley McKay, Rosie Garland, Tom Hyatt and The Three Johns. The night will be running every Friday, 6pm – 9pm until March 17th.

All listings for upcoming Club Big shows can be found here. John Hyatt: Rock Art runs until 29th March.
