Local indie label AnalogueTrash are taking over The Bread Shed this summer to celebrate their tenth anniversary. Bringing some of their favourite acts to the Grosvenor Street venue, attendees can also look forward to birthday cake (naturally), goodie bags, stalls, special guests and more. Taking place on 15th June, you’ll get plenty of bang for your buck with tickets at just a tenner. We’ve picked out five acts you won’t want to miss at the all-dayer.

// Spray:

British synth band and self-styled indiepop chameleons Spray have announced their fifth studio album, Failure Is Inevitable, for 2019. You may be familiar with them from their former life as The Cuban Boys, famous for their huge smash hit ‘Cognoscenti Vs Intelligentsia‘ back in 1999…

// Def Neon:

Taking BBC Introducing’s ‘Big Thing Record of the Week’ in February 2018, dark electronic indie outfit Def Neon have wasted no time building on the success of their 2016 debut, treating listeners to catchy electronica, channelling rock harmonies alongside dirty electro ferocity.

// The Cowls:

Indie/electro cohort The Cowls have just seen off the release of debut EP ‘Certain Calculations’, offering a sublime blend of “occasionally funked up indie and hypnotic electronica”. Their sound has seen comparisons with the indie pop stylings of Scotland’s legendary Postcard Records, with hints of Orange Juice and The Fire Engines in the mix.

// St Lucifer:

Back again, and as “fierce, flighty and fearsome as ever”, noisey industrial four-piece St Lucifer perform supporting their latest EP ‘Music is Violence’.

Bournemouth-based alternative electronic duo STOCKSNSKINS bring their finely-crafted and melodic brand of electronica to town, following the release of his self-titled debut album last year. Inspired by Manchester’s revered post-punk acts of yesteryear, they create electronic beat poetry with a difference that sits confidently outside the mainstream.

Originally launched as an eclectic, alternative electronic music club night in 2009, AnalogueTrash soon developed into a record label and collaborative music and arts group, hosting grassroots artist showcases, DIY gigs along with alt.queer club nights. Get in the mood for their upcoming birthday bash with a playlist featuring some of their best and brightest artists – listen here.

AT:10 takes place at The Bread Shed on Saturday 15th June 2019. Tickets are available here.
