MIF is still talk of the city with an ongoing series of incredible events, exhibitions and shows spanning music, film, theatre and art. Alongside MIF, we’ve spoilt for choice this week with another seven days of excellent events. Read on for our picks…

Monday 15th: Astroworld Presents: KILLY @ YES

// Riding high following a string of well-received singles, Toronto rapper KILLY gets the week started at YES.

Tuesday 16th: Lauren Alaina @ Deaf Institute

// Deaf Institute welcomes American Idol star, country-Pop singer-songwriter Lauren Alaina, soon to follow-up her 2017 sophomore effort ‘Road Less Traveled’.

Wednesday 17th: Antoine Kogut & Ménage à Trois @ Soup Kitchen

// Expect excellent midweek vibes courtesy of Antoine Kogut, visiting in support of recent release ‘Sphere of Existence’, sharing the bill with local electro-pop outfit Ménage à Trois. DJ support comes from Grant Williams and Machu.

Thursday 18th: The Roosevelt Collier Band @ Band On The Wall

// Head down to Swan Street for a dose of “dirty funk swampy grime” from US lap steel guitarist Roosevelt Collier.

Friday 19th: The Catenary Wires @ Gullivers

// Made up of Rob Pursey and Amelia Fletcher, The Catenary Wires visit Gullivers for a dose of classic British chamber pop goodness. Support comes from Milky Wimpshake.

Saturday 20th: Queens of the Electronic Underground @ The Ritz

// As MIF enters its last couple of days, one highlight of the festival comes at The Ritz, where 6Music host Mary Anne Hobbs brings together five of the most exciting electronic artists on the planet for “an evening of pioneering sound and breathtaking visuals”. Fans can look forward to incredible sets from Jlin, Holly Herndon, Aïsha Devi ft. MFO, Klara Lewis, and Katie Gately.

Sunday 21st: Pye Corner Audio + Faten Kanaan @ Soup Kitchen

// Expect hauntological vibes at Soup Kitchen where we end the week with a night of dark ambient electronica from Pye Corner Audio, alongside Faten Kanaan. Music project by Martin Jenkins, Pye Corner Audio’s last visit to Soup’s basement was a sell-out, so don’t miss out.
